Your Jupyter Lab and Notebook servers continue to run, even
while you are logged out of Cat5, until you explicitly shut them
off (or until Cat5 loses power or restarts). Be sure to save your
Notebooks often, and close them when you aren't using them. If
you leave unsaved work, a problem with Cat5 could cause you to
lose your work.
